All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay by VISA, Mastercard, Cheque, Bank Deposit or Gift Voucher.

If paying by VISA or Mastercard
We have a secure site linked through DPS. Please follow the online prompts going throught the checkout stage. Once we have processed your order we will email you the final amount owing. This amount will be automatically charged to your card and we will send the goods out immediately.

If paying by cheque
Please select the cheque option when going through the checkout stage. Once we have processed your order we will email you the final amount owing.  Once the cheque is received and cleared, we will post out your goods. We will keep you updated via email.

If paying by Bank Deposit
Please select the Bank Deposit option when going through the checkout stage. Once we have processed your order we will email you the final amount owing along with our bank account details. Once the transfer has cleared, we will send out your goods. We will keep you updated via email.

If paying by Gift Voucher
Please select the Gift Voucher option when going through the checkout stage and fill out the voucher details as requested. Please note that no change or credit is given online from gift vouchers, so please spend the full amount. If you spend more than the amount of the gift voucher you may pay the balance by any of the three options above and the same process will be followed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are buying from outside New Zealand, you may only pay by credit card or gift voucher. Please note that your credit card company will charge a currency conversion fee and that additional postage charges will need to be calculated.

DELIVERY
All website orders will be delivered by courier. Please make sure you give us your correct physical address in the delivery section of the order form.

- For most orders delivered within New Zealand there is a flat fee of $4.50.
- An order weighing over 3kg or too large to fit in an A5 courier bag may incur an additional charge which we will notify you of before charging you.
- Please allow three working days for delivery within New Zealand

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
- The cost of International postage will depend on the size and weight of your order. The charges may be anywhere between NZ $8 - $20.
- If you want your order tracked, there will be an additional charge. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not have  a track and trace number.
- We will inform you of postage costs and options before we charge you.
- Postage time will vary according to where you are - we will give you an estimated arrival date when the order has been processed.

The Bead Hold is not liable for any duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

RETURNS
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

If you decide you do not want an item, we will accept returns within 7 days of dispatch. All returned items must be in original unused condition and have proof of purchase included.

All returned items will incurr a re-stocking charge of 20%, regardless of whether it is an exchange or return situation. Please choose your goods with care and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before purchasing an item.
